Wendy's Rick and Morty Collab

 

     As we dive into Season 5 of one of the most liked tv series in the young adult age group, Rick and Morty, Wendy's releases their new themed drinks. As I learned Wendy's has been a partner with Adult Swim so it is no surprise they are promoting the new season as part of that partnership. But they are using it to their advantage. I don't think I have ever thought to myself "you know I could really go for some Wendy's right now." But maybe some of you have. From what I've learned the few times I've gone, thanks to friends. People usually only go to order their famous "fo fo fo." Their famous 4 item for $4 special. Wendy's was smart to create this partnership because the new season airs every Sunday on Adult Swim at 11 pm. And if we know anything nowadays is usually only young adults are up to watch the show and lets be honest, if they are up that late watching this show, they are most likely high. I mean have you seen the show? The creators had to been on something to come up with 99% of their content.

    Anyway, back to the root of this story. Wendy's. In this AdWeek article they mention Wendy's even promoted that they will be offering free in app delivery through the season finale of the new season. This is cosmic because as I mentioned before, if you're high and start getting the munchies and during one of the commercial breaks you see Wendy's is offering a limited time Rick and Morty drinks, you're going to think "yo a fo fo fo sounds fire right now." I know I would. By offering free delivery, Wendy's just opened up tons of business to those not wanting to drive late at night. It's a smart decision, I would do the same exact thing. They even offer the drink in sugar free options. Not only are they offering free delivery, but also giving you the option of a sugar free option for those who like to watch their sugar intake. It is Wendy's which is fast food so you tell me if it matters but hey, everyone can live their own lives as they choose. Wendy's partnership with Adult Swim in promoting Rick and Morty has opened up clientele at least while the season is airing. This really puts Wendy's back out there like "Hey they are still out there doing new things," its not just the 4 for 4 over and over again. They are trying and coming up with new ways to stay relevant. 

    So for all of you Pickle Rick fans out there, Wendy's is here to serve your enthusiasm with a Total Time Lemon Lime or the Berry Jerry Boree drinks for a limited time! And don't forget they offer free in app delivery with no minimum purchase. Sounds like a steal!

                Conor McGregor. Probably  THE  biggest icon in UFC history. As many of us know by now, Conor just came out of his most recent fight with Dustin Poirier, where he came out defeated due to a leg injured he suffered during the fight. But before I dive into Conor and who he has become in the sport, I would like to address why I chose him. True, he is not technically a brand, a product, or a company. But once you learn the significance of who he is and what he has done, then you will realize how Conor is a product or a company all by himself.      Conor McGregor came into the UFC in 2013. He fought against Marcus Brimage in a featherweight bout. Conor defeated Brimage by first round knockout in what many would argue would be his best performance in his professional career. Conor rapidly grew with fame and an enormous fanbase. A lot had to do with his character and how entertaining it was to watch his interviews and the fights were the least entertaining about  him.
